1. Who we are
Wiggle Room Playrooms LLC (“Wiggle Room,” “we,” “us”) designs and builds custom indoor playrooms in the Tampa Bay area. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@wiggleroomplayrooms.com.
2. Information we collect
Contact and booking information — your name, email, phone number and home address when you book an assessment or contact us.
Project information — details you share in our onboarding session about your children (first names, ages, play styles and relevant sensory or safety needs), your design preferences and budget, and photos and measurements of the space we will design for.
Project records — designs and renderings, signed agreements and approvals, progress and completion photos, safety-check records, and our message history with you.
Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe shares confirmations, amounts and limited details (such as the card’s last four digits) with us. If you use financing through Stripe, the financing provider collects information under its own privacy policy.
Website information — this website is a static site. It does not run advertising trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, and our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and delivery.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to schedule and perform assessments; to design your playroom and prepare renderings; to communicate with you about your project; to process payments and keep project, warranty and safety records; to provide your client portal; and to improve our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use information about your children for advertising.
4. How information is shared
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business — for example Google (email, calendar and file storage), Stripe (payments), and our client-portal provider — and only what they need to do their work. Crew members assigned to your project see the project details they need to build safely. We may disclose information if required by law, and in connection with a sale or restructuring of the business, with notice to you where required.
5. Photos
Photos of your space and finished playroom are part of your project record. We will never publish photos of your home or family for marketing without your separate written release, which you may decline or revoke at any time.
6. Children’s privacy
Our services are designed for parents and guardians. We collect information about children only from their parent or guardian, only what is needed to design a safe, age-appropriate playroom, and we never knowingly collect information directly from children or market to them.
7. Retention and security
We keep project, contract, payment and safety records for as long as needed for warranty, safety and legal purposes, then delete or archive them. We use reputable providers with account security such as two-factor authentication, and we limit access to your information to the people working on your project. No system is perfectly secure, but we protect your information with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to withdraw a photo release, by emailing hello@wiggleroomplayrooms.com. We will respond promptly. If you ask us to delete information we are required to keep for legal, warranty or safety reasons, we will explain what must be retained and why.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the version on this page is current as of the date shown above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
